A new version of the NH topo map is available. It fixes a bug in the elevation (confusion between feet and meters)

Thanks for the new maps. I'm using the MA, NH and ME topos on my Oregon and Colorado.

A couple of things that would be nice to add:

- Increased contour resolution (Garmin's maps are currently 25', these maps are 50').
- Would be possible to clip the map segments at the state boundary?   For example I'm in Mass near the NH boarder and I'd like to have your NH maps enabled with Garmin's Topos for use in MA.   The problem is that the free NH maps have partial data outside NH (i.e in my area of MA) and they shadow the Garmin map so if I have your maps enabled in MA I get water and topo vectors but no roads or other details.

Thanks again for a great free product!

-Scott

Thanks a lot for the support.

It is possible to increase the resolution, the difficulty is the amount of CPU power that is required to process the maps. Currently it is several days (probably around 80-90 hours for Maine). Increasing the resolution will make the process even worse.

My next release will have 40' resolution.

In the next set of maps I will combine MA,NH,VT, and possibly ME. I will also fill-up the entire quadrant with the data from the neighboring states.
